Kiki has been given the following problem as a home assignment:

"In the town of Hamelin long before the Pied Piper arrived, the residents were harried by the growing rat population. They somehow estimated that the number of rats in town was 999919 and brought in a certain number of cats to get rid of the same. The operation was successful as each cat killed an equal number of rats.
How many cats do you think were there?
To give you a hint: Each cat killed more rats than there were cats."

Kiki is worried as to how to finish this assignment. Can you help her?
